Transit

The Detroit People Mover is an above-ground transit system that loops around nearly 3 miles of downtown Detroit -- with access at 13 stations.  

A new 3.4 mile-light rail line is in development that will run along the Woodward corridor from Jefferson Avenue to Grand Boulevard.  It will connect downtown's many attractions, create more vibrant, walkable neighborhoods, and drive economic development for a stronger Detroit.
